Nick Lever Earns Schools First Esports Scholarship

Nick Lever is the first West Essex student to receive a scholarship for esports. Nick Lever will play Overwatch 2 at the University of New Haven in the fall of 2024. This is the third full year that West Essex Esports have competed in fall, winter and spring seasons. Nick has been playing for the past two years and has been elected Captain by his teammates for both years. The Overwatch 2 team were conference champions last year and are currently undefeated this year.
