Facility Usage Information

Utilizing West Essex Regional School District Facilities

If you are interested in utilizing West Essex Regional School District facilities, we thank you for your interest! Before proceeding to the below Facility Usage Request Forms, please review the following information.

After reviewing the above information, please download and complete the Facility Usage Forms. Once you have completed the application, you will be required to print and submit the district's Indemnification Insurance Waiver with an original signature. Accompanying this document should be your organization's Certificate of Insurance Liability. Without this information on file, your request will not be considered.
